IooI Terms of Service
Effective date 18/10/2026. Version 2026-10-18-draft.
IooI is a product of IOOI PTY LTD, ABN 57 692 458 594.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between IooI and the organisation that signs up (the "customer"). The person who signs up confirms they may accept them on the customer's behalf.
2. Subscription
The customer subscribes to the plan chosen at sign-up, and any add-ons later chosen.
- Prices are per active staff member a month, in Australian dollars, plus GST, with any minimum the plan states
- Plans marked as samples have placeholder prices that are not final
- The customer may change or cancel the subscription; IooI says when a change takes effect
- If payment is overdue, the plan's apps become read-only after a grace period, and the subscription may be suspended
3. Free trial
A new organisation starts with the trial its plan offers. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the plan's apps become read-only: the customer can still view and export its data, but not change it.
4. The customer's data
The customer owns the data it puts into IooI (client, staff and organisation records, notes, documents and files). IooI processes it only to provide and support the service.
- Data is stored in Australia
- The customer can export its data at any time, including after the subscription ends, for the period IooI states
- IooI support staff only enter the customer's organisation as the customer's support access settings allow, and every such session is recorded
- When the customer leaves, its data is deleted on the schedule agreed, except records the law requires to be kept
5. Acceptable use
The customer and its staff must not:
- Use IooI for anything unlawful, or to store information they have no right to hold
- Try to reach another organisation's data, or get around IooI's security or limits
- Share sign-ins, or let anyone who is not authorised use the service
- Overload, probe or disrupt the service
6. Privacy
IooI handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. IooI's privacy policy explains what it collects about the people who use the service and why. The customer is responsible for its own obligations to its clients and staff, including under the NDIS and Aged Care rules that apply to it.
7. Service and support
IooI aims to keep the service available and to tell customers about planned maintenance. Support is by email during business hours unless a plan says otherwise.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, IooI's liability is limited as the final terms will set out. Nothing in these terms excludes rights the Australian Consumer Law gives the customer.
9. Changes
IooI may change these terms. It tells customers before a change takes effect, and the version each organisation accepted is recorded.
