IooI

The IooI platform, for NDIS and Support at Home providers

One record for the roster, the shift and the paperwork.

Coordinators build the roster. Support workers clock in and write the shift note. The office checks certificates and files documents. In IooI, all of it sits on the same client and staff records.

IooI is not open for general sign-up yet. Email us and we will talk you through it.

Six apps. Two records.

Every app works on the same client and staff records. A new client appears in the roster and gets a document folder without anyone typing their details twice.

What each app does

  • Portal

Everyone signs in once at your own address, yourcompany.au.iooi.com.au, and sees the apps their role allows.

  • Rostering

Puts a worker and a client on a shift, and warns you before a clash.

Works on the client record and the staff record.

  • Notes

The worker clocks in, writes the shift note and adds photos, on the phone or the web.

Works on the client record and the staff record.

  • Drives

Care plans, contracts and other documents, filed under the client or staff member they belong to.

Works on the client record and the staff record.

  • HR

Leave, performance reviews, and the certificates and checks each worker needs.

    Works on the staff record.

  • Finance

Claims and monthly statements. Planned for later, and not available now.

    Planned. Not available now.

  • Centra

The core, in every plan. It holds both records, along with your company, branches, roles, settings and audit log.

A roster manager’s Monday morning

An example. The times are illustrative. The steps are what the software does.

  1. 7:30

    Check the weekend

Clock-in and clock-out problems, and breaks nobody confirmed, are waiting in one queue.

    Rostering

  2. 8:00

    See who is away

Leave approved on Friday is already on the board. That worker cannot be put on Wednesday’s shift by mistake.

    HR and Rostering

  3. 8:20

    Fill the open shifts

Drag a worker across or use auto-fill. The board warns about double-booking, overtime and broken shifts before you commit.

    Rostering

  4. 9:00

    Publish the week

Workers are told. Each client’s schedule goes to the people on that client’s list, such as family or a nominee.

    Rostering

  5. 9:30

    Approve last week’s hours

Timesheets show rostered time beside clocked time. With “No note, no pay” on, a shift without its note waits until the note is written.

    Rostering and Notes

  6. 10:00

    Out on shift

A support worker opens today’s shift on their phone, reads the client’s details, clocks in and starts the note. If the signal drops, the draft waits on the phone.

    Notes

The apps

Centra is in every plan. Your plan decides which other apps you have, and your admin can switch them on or off inside it.

Portal

Where everyone starts

  • Sign in once and see the apps your role can open.
  • Someone who works for two providers picks which one they are working in.
  • Admins invite staff, approve devices, and look after the plan and your data.

Centra

The office. In every plan

  • Keep your company, branches, staff and clients in one place.
  • Record each client’s funding: an NDIS number and how the plan is managed, or a My Aged Care ID and Support at Home classification.
  • Follow each Support at Home client’s quarterly budget.
  • Keep the incident register, with its reporting deadlines and reminders.
  • Set roles and permissions, and read the audit log.

Rostering

Roster managers and coordinators

  • Build the roster on a board by day, week or fortnight, with drag and drop.
  • See warnings for double-booking, overtime, broken shifts, and sick leave landing on a rostered shift. A worker on approved leave cannot be rostered.
  • Turn weekly work patterns into draft shifts, and auto-fill the open ones.
  • Publish, tell the workers, and send each client’s schedule to the people on that client’s list.
  • Approve timesheets, rostered beside clocked. Export a CSV or send the hours to Xero. IooI sends hours, never pay.

Notes

Support workers, on iPhone, Android or the web

  • Open today’s shift and read the client’s details and care plan.
  • Clock in and out, with the device’s location recorded each time.
  • Write the shift note, add photos, and keep going if the signal drops. The draft is sent later.
  • File an incident. The form asks the questions the client’s program requires and shows the deadline.
  • The office sees late or missing notes without asking around.

HR

Whoever looks after your staff

  • Handle leave requests and approvals. Approved leave reaches the roster on its own.
  • Run performance reviews.
  • Keep certificates and worker checks in one register, and see who is missing what.
  • Get an email before a document expires.

Drives

Anyone who files or finds a document

  • Every new client and staff member gets a folder without anyone setting it up.
  • Keep care plans, contracts and reports under the record they belong to.
  • Uploads are scanned for malware, and links that open a file last only minutes.

Finance

Planned for later

NDIS and Support at Home claims and monthly statements are planned as a later app. It is not available now, so please do not plan around it yet.

NDIS and Support at Home, side by side

You tell IooI which programs you run, and each client’s record holds the funding that applies to them. A worker who does both sees the right questions for the client in front of them.

On the client’s record

NDIS: NDIS number, plan dates, and whether the plan is self managed, plan managed or NDIA managed.

Support at Home: My Aged Care ID, classification or short-term pathway, and contribution rates.

Worker checks

NDIS: NDIS Worker Screening for risk-assessed roles.

Support at Home: A police check no older than 3 years, or an NDIS Worker Screening clearance.

Incidents

NDIS: Reportable incidents under the NDIS Commission’s rules, with their deadlines.

Support at Home: The eight SIRS incident types, with Priority 1 and Priority 2 deadlines.

IooI is for care delivered in the community and at home. It is not built for residential aged care: there are no rooms, beds, AN-ACC, care minutes or eMAR.

Your own web address

yourcompany.au.iooi.com.au

Each provider gets its own address in this form. Your staff bookmark it and sign in there, with one account for every app they use.

How charging works

The unit
Per active staff member, per month, in Australian dollars, plus GST. A plan can set a monthly minimum.
Active staff
Staff members with access to at least one app, including anyone on leave. Each period is charged on its highest count, so removing someone’s access takes effect from the next period.
Free trial
No card needed to start. When the trial ends your apps become read-only: you can still view and export your data, but not change it.
Prices
We have not published plans or prices yet. Ask us where they stand.
Leaving
You can export everything at any time. What happens when you leave.

Tell us about your service.

Which programs you run, roughly how many staff you have, and what you use today. We will reply by email.
