If you work for a provider, or receive care from one
Your provider controls the records it keeps in IooI, including who can see them. For help signing in, or to see or correct your record, start with your provider’s office.
If you have a privacy concern about how we handle information, email us. Our privacy policy explains what happens next.
The email IooI sends
Only transactional email, as part of running the service for provider organisations. We do not send newsletters or promotions, and we do not buy or rent address lists.
Invitations
An invitation to join an organisation in IooI, and the temporary password for a new account.
Who receives it: The staff member being invited
Sign-in and account
Sign-up verification codes, password resets, and one-time sign-in codes for family and nominees.
Who receives it: The person signing in
Rosters
A published roster, a request to review a schedule, and the client’s schedule itself.
Who receives it: Rostered staff, and the people a provider lists for that client’s schedule
Compliance and work notices
Documents and certificates about to expire, incident deadlines, leave notices, tasks, and documents shared with you.
Who receives it: Staff and the notice addresses a provider sets
Account notices
Trial reminders, invoices coming up, failed payments, a finished data export, support sessions, and a scheduled deletion.
Who receives it: The admins of that organisation
- Where addresses come from
- A provider enters them for its own staff, notice addresses and client schedule lists, or a person gives us theirs when they sign up. Every message relates to that person’s work or that client’s care.
- Who sends it
- Amazon SES in Sydney, from no-reply@mail.iooi.com.au, signed with DKIM.
- Bounces and complaints
- An address that bounces permanently, or that complains, goes on a block list. Every service checks that list and skips the address on every send.
- Not expecting a message?
- Tell the provider it names, or email solutions@iooi.com.au and we will look into it.
